Payment Policy –
All invoices are to be paid upon receipt to secure the calendar slot for all services. If payment is not received within this time frame, the scheduled booking may be cancelled. If you cannot complete the payment within the stated time frame, please let us know. We use an online payment system that allows you to pay through a link. When paid, we receive an instant email. We will also accept checks or cash if necessary.
Refund Policy –
Refunds will be initiated fifteen (15) Business days after any cancellation of our services. Our processor could take up to four (4) business days after our submission for refund to complete the process. If the cancellation is within two calendar weeks of the scheduled service, there will be a 500.00 fee accessed (per booking if multiple dogs). All Cancellations must be sent through email. Enzo’s Acres does not accept voice mail or text as a formal cancellation. Enzo’s Acres does not offer refunds on any purchased training tools and or hardware associated items that pertain to the cancelled booking(s).
Dropping Off Your Dog –
We require scheduled dogs to be dropped off between 10:00 am & 12:00 pm on the scheduled first day or at a time that has been chosen by the scheduling coordinator. Please stay in your car when you pull in to the property. You can text or call us to come out and receive your dog. There should be no formal affection when the drop off transpires. We wish to keep the dogs emotions neutral as this separation can be difficult for some dogs….and humans 🙂
NOTE: Unfortunately, we do not have enough time in the day to update every client as to the status of their dog. We would love to but we spend so much time training and caring for your dog(s), there is just simply is not enough time for this. We also struggle with the consistency of our Internet quality on our property as we are fairly remote. Most of our postings happen when one of us goes to town, either early in the morning or late in the evening.
Please be assured that while in our care if anything is of concern, we will get a hold of you immediately and keep you informed.

Please do not text or PM us on Facebook. Tom gets an overabundance of text messages and sometimes they get overlooked and Facebook is not reliable. Thanks for understanding.
What Should I Bring
Only bring the dogs collar and enough food for the duration of the stay at Enzos Acres. We have comfy bedding and all the necessary amenities.
Whats Involved in the Go Home process
Enzo’s Acres requires the owner (and immediate family if possible) to come to the “Go Home” meeting at the facility. This process runs approx two hours. This process allows the trainer to translate all the information and correct use of the training tools to you.
Enzos Acres offers transport services for training clients within the Portland & Vancouver markets. We charge 55.00 to pick up and deliver your dog.
Updates on Clients Dogs through Photos & Videos
Enzos Acres gives no guarantee to post photos and or videos of dogs on the property within our training or boarding programs. There is a significant amount time involved in training each dog. This makes it difficult to post updates. If updates do post, they will be to our Facebook Page. We do not send photos or videos directly to clients. As we always say, no news is good news !
